Partner

Mr. Wujciak is a Founding Partner of D’Angelo Wujciak LLP and oversees in all legal aspects of the firm. His practice blends traditional legal formality with a modern common-sense approach. His focus is on complex federal and state criminal and civil litigation matters, as well as matrimonial divorce and dispute, child custody, and domestic violence prosecution and defense statewide. He has used his experience, preparation, and tenacity, to achieve his client’s goals through negotiation, mediation, litigation, or trial by jury.


Peter began his career as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Essex County Prosecutor's Office where he prosecuted all manner of criminal offenses including attempted murder, sex assault, gun charges, robbery, narcotics offenses, and domestic violence cases. He was also heavily involved in overseeing defendant’s admission into and progression through the Drug Court/Recovery Court Diversionary Program, and the Veterans Diversionary Program.

After building and prosecuting criminal cases in Essex County. Peter honed his civil litigation skills working on intricate insurance and reinsurance coverage matters including cases related to the opioid epidemic, clergy abuse, high profile environmental toxic tort, and concussion litigation in professional sports.



Prior to founding D’Angelo Wujciak LLP, Peter was Of Counsel at a prestigious law firm in Morris County where he built the criminal defense and family law practice groups, fighting for at-risk members of the community faced with injustice. Peter also practiced in the civil rights, personal injury, and civil litigation practice groups, successfully brining claims on behalf of individuals victimized by large corporations and representing those clients, statewide, who were most vulnerable to inequity.
